Make sure you're listed as the contact
Sort out whether your CSC Resolution has been uploaded to the CSC portal

Get your official status as CSC Task Force Coordinator set up:
If it doesn't already exist, have your Supervisor/Board write an executive memorandum or pass a resolution naming you as CSC Task Force Coordinator
